Training

In order to help retailers and franchisors gain a competitive advantage, CCFA has developed two training and education courses to teach practical management technologies and strategies. This is done through various well applauded training programs and regular seminars.

By August of 2006, more than 5000 managers from 1200 chain enterprises attended training courses organized by CCFA. By now, CCFA has constructed a training course program consisting of Franchise Training Courses and Retail Training Courses. CCFA has successfully created a platform for members to summarize and communicate their industry management experiences.
